A medical component can be dimensionally perfect and still be unusable if the documentation does not exist. In regulated supply, the record is part of the deliverable.

What we prepare per batch

• First-article inspection (FAI) with every dimension measured and reported against the drawing.
• Material certification with full traceability to the heat and lot.
• Process records — heat treatment, passivation, surface treatment — with parameters logged.
• Certificates of conformity signed and archived.

Controlled change

Once a process is validated, it stays frozen. Any change to material, equipment or method is raised with you first, not slipped into a later batch. That is what keeps your regulatory file accurate.
