A strap should disappear on your wrist. Getting there takes 40 hours of hand work, and hides we rejected twice before touching them.
CROC Bespoke started in 2004 as a single-bench workshop repairing exotic leather straps other makers had given up on. Twenty years later we still cut every strap by hand — we just do it for collectors in 40+ countries now. Every hide arrives with full CITES documentation, because exotic leather without paperwork is a legal problem waiting to happen at customs.

Exotic Leather Watch Straps
Crocodile, alligator, python, ostrich and stingray — cut to your exact lug width, taper and thickness, with the buckle side and 12 o’clock dimension specified separately.
Made-To-Measure Pairing
Send us the watch, or just tell us the reference. We keep on file the lug geometry of every Rolex, Breitling, Panerai and Blancpain model we have ever fitted.

Most strap problems are specification problems. Getting the numbers right first is why our remake rate sits under one percent.
If it does not fit, we remake it. That policy has not changed since day one, and it costs us less than arguing.
